Refund
Refunds are only available if the VPN service is not functioning, despite prior statements about its availability. If it has been confirmed that the service is not available in your country and you have purchased a subscription despite this, no refund will be provided.
We recommend that you carefully review information about the availability of a VPN service in your country, for example, using VPNLove service or ask the support of the service whose code you are buying, before making a purchase.

Refund Period
You can make a refund within 6 days from the date of code purchase. The refund process itself takes 1-5 days.
Refund Value
We refund the funds with the commission deducted.
Refund method
1. Refunds for Payments Made by Bank Card
- Refunds are issued to the same payment account (bank card) that was used for the original transaction.
2. Refunds for Payments Made with Cryptocurrency

Refunds are sent to the same address from which the payment transaction was made.

If a different cryptocurrency address (other than the original sending address) must be used to receive the refund, you must provide an updated address and ensure the accuracy of the provided information.

Refunds are issued only in USDT on the TRC20 network. We process refunds exclusively with this tokenand via the specified network.

If a cryptocurrency exchange or centralized financial organization (CFO) was used to make the payment, you must contact our support team and provide an updated USDT TRC20 address for the refund, as the deposit address and the sending address may differ.

We are not responsible for refunds sent to an incorrect or invalid cryptocurrency address. Please verify the accuracy of all details before submitting them.

Indicate "Refund" as the message subject, and type in the message the following:
- the e-mail address that you used for creating order;
- the e-mail to which you registered your account
- the code (if possible);
- the crypto-account where you want to receive returned funds (specify the network and the cryptocurrency).
Exceptions
TrustZone VPN service is excluded from our refund policy.
